Solterra. Two tiny houses in an open, modern pool house style. Built in 2023 on the former panoramic terrace according to the hosts’ vision and brought to life by a team of South Tyrolean architects and craftsmen. The design is clear, with high-quality wood
and glass materials, and the furnishings are minimalist and functional. Situated in an elevated position, guests can enjoy privacy and expansive views of the pools and sunbathing lawn, the picturesque village of Tesimo, the surrounding low mountain range, and the distant mountain peaks.
Solterra [sun + earth]
embodies the sun and the vastness, capturing the brightness of Italy through floor-to-ceiling windows. This is paired with the deep roots and down-to-earth attitude of South Tyrol, expressed through local materials, durability, and a focus on the essentials.

Poolhouse ‘Solterra’ (40 m²). Monolocal, sustainably built with wood and equipped with handmade quality furniture. Sleeping area with a box-spring bed. Living/dining area with a small kitchen. Large window front with access to the terrace. Bathroom with rain shower & sauna. Large, private panoramic terrace (25 m²) with a dining area, barbecue, relaxation area with loungers and sun protection.
