We’ve made a dream come true by building two new chalets on our panoramic terrace. These chalets feature a modern and minimalist design and are made with top-quality materials like wood and glass. At an elevated height, our guests can enjoy both privacy and breathtaking views of our swimming pools and sun-kissed lawn, of the picturesque village of Tesimo, of the surrounding mountains and the high peaks of the Texel Group. Our Chalets Solterra are synonymous with quality and lightness and offer a Mediterranean holiday experience right in the middle of South Tyrol’s stunning mountains.

Tourist tax not included: € 2,10 per day and person (from the age of 14 years)
INCLUDED SERVICES
- Stay in our newly (2023) opened chalet (40m²); built sustainably with natural raw materials and equipped with high-quality designer furniture.
- Bedroom with box-spring bed, fully equipped living and dining room, smart TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with rain shower and private sauna, large panoramic terrace with dining area & barbecue and relaxation area with loungers and sunshade.
- Bed linen, bath towels, cosy bathrobes, and high-quality natural cosmetics.
- Use of the entire camping area with sunbathing lawn and pools (solar-heated from April to October).
- Bread roll, drink, and restaurant service with delivery to the chalet on request.
- Free use of public transport and free admission to over 90 regional museums with the South Tyrol Guest Pass.
- Varied program, curated by the Tourist Association Tesimo-Prissiano, offering a range of activities to discover and experience the surrounding area.
- Daily bike Transfer between Tesimo and Lana from May to October.
Additional guests
- Surcharge for each additional 3rd or 4th person travelling with you: € 40.00 per day.
- Children under 3 years: € 12.00 per day incl. baby cot, high chair, and kettle.
- Children under 13 years: € 30.00 per day
- Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning
- The final cleaning is included in the price of your stay.
- If you wish to have an intermediate cleaning, there is an additional charge of € 20.00.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays.
