South Tyrolean cuisine brings together the best of two worlds, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. Our menu has intentionally become smaller in recent years, as we take our time to carefully select our products.
Every dish that makes it onto our menu must inspire us first. We place great importance on our ambiance, whether indoors or on our Mediterranean terrace. We welcome both camping guests and locals. We are not a tourist trap; we serve genuine food that is fun to eat.

In the morning, we serve fresh bread rolls from the local bakery in our Café. Our Shop offers a fine selection of South Tyrolean quality products. We serve fair trade coffee from the South Tyrolean roastery Caroma. A breakfast menu to enjoy on-site completes the morning experience. All of this is complemented by the clear mountain air, the first chirping of birds, and the serene view of the landscape and pools.

At lunch and dinner, we serve fine Italian dishes and authentic South Tyrolean classics in our Restaurant. We personally emphasize quality, incorporating products from local farmers as well as Italian specialities from all regions. Our Alpine-Mediterranean menu is complemented by seasonal daily specials. In collaboration with sommeliers, we select the perfect wine to accompany our dishes, featuring creations from local winemakers, fine South Tyrolean wines, and genuine Italian classics.

Our Café, with its sun terrace, is the heart of our campsite, serving as a meeting place for hosts, guests, locals and travelers. It transforms its character several times a day: very relaxed in the early morning, casual and lively on sunny pool days, romantic and elegant in the evening with a view of the illuminated water and the memories of the day. Our offerings include drinks of all kinds, aperitifs, ice cream, homemade cakes or those from the local pastry chef, light dishes, and fine snacks.

Time in South Tyrol is too precious for mediocre food. That’s why we encourage all our guests to venture out and savor the culinary treasures of this region! Nearby, you‘ll find a variety of dining options: from simple rural taverns and wood-fired pizzerias to traditional inns and gourmet starred restaurants. Enjoy asparagus and herbs in spring, Mediterranean flavors in summer, and Törggelen classics with Tesimo chestnuts in autumn.
