Thanks to the sheltered climate of the Tesimo high plateau, we enjoy milder nights starting as early as March compared to the lower Adige Valley, witnessing nature’s awakening. Spring for us means blooming apple orchards, finely prepared herb and asparagus dishes, warming sunshine, a sense of revitalization and joy of life, and a peaceful holiday away from the peak season.

Fruit trees laden with ripe fruit, fields yielding rich treasures – it’s harvest time, a time for savoring. Törggelen beckons with savoury farmhouse dishes, new wine, and the renowned Tesimo chestnuts. The surrounding forests paint the landscape in hues of orange, yellow, and red, while the mountain air remains crisp, the sky azure, and the view expansive. Nature’s masterpiece unfolds before us.
